My Love Will Never Fade
“She broke my hear, betrayed my trust, and now my heart is smashed to dust”
That dark stormy night-when Hell ran free in the sky
I yelled and I pleaded “Why? Why?!”
No answer, but silence that stabbed my back
“Please! Please tell me, what do I lack?”
Still no answer
Him-with hair like waves of gold
HIM-with eyes of oceans depth
And me- my clothes raggedy and old
She’s right, I don’t compare
Looking down at my with that heartless stare
“She broke my hear, betrayed my trust, and now my heart is smashed to dust”
Broken, beat, and abused
But I knew I couldn’t make her stay
Nonetheless, my love will never fade
“She broke my hear, betrayed my trust, and now my heart is smashed to dust”
I said it and meant it
My love never did fade
Not even now
As I stand on her grave
“I cant believe he did this to you”
I wont except, though I know its true
You-so gentle and loving and kind
To think you picked him over me tortures my mind
“She broke my hear, betrayed my trust, and now my heart is smashed to dust”
