Beautiful, Colorful leaves
Dancing in the breeze
They mock me as they jump down
Why am I such an ugly brown?

Like brids of a feather
Us trees stick together
We watch in silent sorrow
As the piles of leaves grow
We feel as if we could die
So we sleep; goodnight and goodbye.

I was inspired to write this because it's a metaphor about racism that I have faced. I also like fall when the leaves change color and fall.
