Problems surrounding me, a cage
Nobody around knows it’s rough
Left alone as I slowly age
Breathing, so tired, only a puff
More problems, hand placed in a cuff
Time running, slowly losing air
Thinking I’ll survive, a mere bluff
thinking still, is anyone there?
Many people close, yet so far
Modern age too new for their aid
Mistakes I make that always scar
Sitting alone going to fade
