I love the actions,
Intentions of bliss,
I love the small moments,
That most people miss,
I love the way mountains,
Reflect on pure water,
I love the old movies,
With crimes and marauders,
I love the short instants,
The times that are blessed,
I love how the sun dips,
Under the crest,
Of the world,
Disappearing
Leaving the sky,
Fleeing before,
The cratered form,
Chases away the light,
I love the cheesy minutes,
Split seconds at stake,
I love the shine of the light,
On the first snowflake,
I love the funny moods,
They all say is a faze,
I love how the sunrise,
Sets the whole night ablaze,
I love the colored pencils,
That rub off on your wrist,
I love the comic heroes,
Who have humor in their midst,
I love Shakespeare's dreary,
The ungramared of Yoda,
I love fries,
Oversalted,
With fizz-covered sodas,
I love calming quiet,
Right after a storm,
I love intense fires,
All cuddly and warm,
I love raw cookie dough,
Parents say isn’t good,
I love rhythmic tapping,
Of all fingers on wood,
I love twirling pencils,
In between both my hands,
I love the way the beach,
Fully covers you with sand,
I love the mystery,
Of the time before dawn,
I love the shared secrets,
Ending, “Don’t tell mom!”
Sure,
I don’t like all things,
Like 3D scratching,
That one bites,
But I do,
Love when everything turns out alright.

The author's comments:

Just the small rays of happiness in my life that I hold true. REally fun idea for if and when you get bored. I made a list of things I love, not big things, but the small things most people don't even realize make a difference in their worlds. I think everybody should try something like this, it really makes you feel happy and kind of refills your faith in the world.
