Blinded by Ignorance
Some believe
The silver skies
Begins to cry
Because of what I am
“The light! The light!”
They yell and scream
Is gone because of me
Corrupted by death
He took my breath
For I danced with the devil too long
But what I don’t see
Is how deeply loving thee
Is so brutally wrong
Homosexuality
“The sin of the century”,
Is worse than adultery or divorce?
The sour grapes have blinded thee
and filled you with such ignorance
Your vision has been altered
From seeing my true appearance
