The Meaning of Love
What is the meaning of love?
Is it warm? Is it cold?
Is it soft like a freshly washed blanket?
Or is it rough like a thorn on a rose?
Is it a beautiful bright sun rise that gives us light and a sense of warmth?
Is it a cold winter night with nothing but the company of the moon?
Does it feel like a ocean wave crashing against the shore?
Or is it a gentle breeze tickling the cheek of a child?
Is it maybe a dream where you never want to wake up?
Or a nightmare that leaves you hopeless and scared?
But maybe, just maybe love doesn’t have a meaning
Maybe it is a selfless feeling too incredible to describe.
