The Spark of Life
A flicker of light
Wires being connected
Motors whirring
Fan blades twirling
And then that flicker turns into a spark
Of one’s mind
Saying it’s time for a fresh start
To build on
To get the gears running
The cogs jogging
Soon, one’s whole mind will come alive
In one machine
To carry on for generations

I remember building a machine with my dad, Morton. I was about 4 at the time, so I was curious and still It involved light. It started as a flicker, but then it turned into a full-out that started the machine. I wondered why, but I loved the idea of lights starting machines. I later learned that mahine was solar powered.
