" People call these things imperfections, but they're not, that's the good stuff." -Sean McGuire (Robin Williams)

Nacreous waters leave me mundivagant

Sailing until I find something tangible

It's been so long oh lord,

I brivet for something to satisfy

Just to satisfy

I've felt I've never been there at the right time,

The best time,

Never giving me a chance to truly show myself,

But still, I venture into the harsh hinterland

Just trying to find something to satisfy

Never given the break perhaps I have deserved

As selfish as that may seem

And I know that I find it hard for me to keep still,

And do something right

But maybe it's the right time for me to be told,

I'm not wrong

Moondaze never seems to fall short of its day,

Mondays in a daze, bleeding into Tuesdays

Is it because of all the years

When I had only begun to sing,

It was a life that was only gleed

I have this powerful desire,

Somethings gonna come,

And sometimes I forget I need to hold back until then

For those who surround me,

Things and possessions,

I must not neglect what I have,

For what will come

But the vast oceans fresh air reeks of undetermined waters,

I know the wave peaks high, and the currents run strong

But despite the fact I will sail until I find the cure,

It's been oh so long my lord

I brivet for something to satisfy

Just to satisfy

This is not my artwork, but a 17th-century painting by Rembrandt titled "Christ in the Storm on the Sea of Galilee." A beautiful piece that I feel encapsulates the desire for destination I feel and is part of the inspiration for this poem.
