Stuck in a Dilemma

The elegant and dulcet melody of piano coming from downstairs is ideal
The roar and sound of arguing coming from upstairs is reality
Vulnerably, I got stuck in the middle between ideal and reality
Not knowing to go up, or down
People said there are only two kinds of people in the world: the wise and the fool
I am often puzzled and bewildered because I am both
On the horns of a dilemma
