2022 Traditions Contest: Christmas Adoption

Every Christmas
we search for a new
member of our family.
Looking through the
rows and rows
of trees we spot
the one that stands
out to us.
We give him a name,
dress him up and make sure
he drinks enough water.
Every morning till the 25th
he is the one who brings us
all together.
