Clairvoyance part 3
Horizons amble their way across a sea
in which water is but a dream, and minerals languish in oil covered steps
creatures of habit and erosion they continue to march the distance of time
not silence but humming, not a tune but a echo
a civilization lost to themselves still cry for help from the same husk
and yet the horizons continue to march, with skies of unfettered blue
the tone beats on, each repetition longer then silence
seemingly the stars move at each increment
as if stasis is not only for the minds of earth
floral growths ignore the time lost to cultivation
and grow so that steel rots in verdant curled fingers
the suns children behold the stars
and so they as well continue to move
ignoring every repeated note
