I wish I could have something to give you.
I'd hoped that maybe a miracle would come.
That a shooting star could soar through the sky,
and when my fingers graze its tip
I'm blessed
with a sea of boons
Hephaestus' power at my fingertips.
Quips whip out like gunfire.
I wish I could have
an endless stream of light bulbs
I wish I could crush
any word in my fists
and mold it into a 3 course meal
and I wish Midas would lend me his hands
so that every story I write is priceless
But to be honest, I've got nothing.
