alarm of anxiety

The alarm sounds off and
It’s still dark outside
suddenly I feel my throat closing up and my
head spinning and the salad I just ate
Is creeping up on me
and the tears stream down my face
and I’m screaming
I’m screaming
I’m not screaming I’m crying
I wish that I was still peacefully dreaming
and the bile rises up
and my body shakes
and then people have the nerve to ask me why I didn’t come to school the next day.
