Anxiety
Beneath the surface of my hyper-activeness also comes an undercurrent of flowing anxiety,
The same mind that races with excitement is also prone to overthinking.
This anxiety often casts as a dark shadow,
Whispering doubts and
Raising questions about whether I am doing enough
Or if I’ll ever find the stability I’ve been looking for.
