There is a dragon in my mind
The dragon watches over my happiness and soul
When it doesn’t know I’m there
It lets me be happy
Silence is my peace
Sleep and dreams my happiness
Should I wake the sleeping serpent,
Should I let it know I’m there,
If I do, I get torn to shreds
Left before the alter it guards
Unable to reach the happiness I seek
