Nothingness
my skin is cold with that of night
alone by darkness's side
whose whispering voice
has tears in my eyes,
her prying rage
tearing away at my very heart
as loneliness closes in
too strong for me to bear
leaving the world crushing down
shattering bones and words yet to leave my mouth;
my spirit burning with no intended path;
churning ashes
faceless cries
i fall with nowhere to land
nothingness to shallow me in hand
without a chance of hope
without a chance of love.
