No sound is heard from either end
Emotions held inside
Isolation to depend
A world of happiness denied
No anger to comprehend
Wanting to hide
Feelings of sadness to befriend
The tears that won’t reside
Silence wonders like a friend
No noise that does subside
Only emotions to mend
The loneliness that does glide
Let out emotion, don’t pretend
Or anger will collide
With all strength to send
Leave silence beside
No sound is heard from either end
