"What doesn't kill me only, will make me stronger in my head..." Papa Roach, Kick In The Teeth

As I sit in my room,

Music playing,

I start to hear words.

Hurtful words to be exact.

'They're fighting again,'I tell myself.

They must think I can't hear them,

For thier word's are filled with swears.

I fear this fight might have a bad outcome,

Again.

He might hit her acroos the face,

Just like so many times before.

I can't see why they're still married.

I wish they would put an end to it,

By using seperation.

It would be better for them,

And for me.

These fights hurt me more than they may relize.

These fights...

This is a poem I wrote when my mom and stepdad were having a fight. I was think these very thoughts. My music was very loud but I could still hear my stepdad roaring cuss words at my mother. I'm afraid I might have to call the police one day. I hope I never have to.
