Also God and heaven
Howling
On cold winter nights
You are the wall
Barricading the cold
From my pale skin
You are a simple man
Leading us
To warmth and comfort
You’re the heart
Of lovely Earth
You’re the dancing light
That fills us
With joy and happiness
You are merely a tool
Prying the door
To life open
A flowing pathway
Leading us
To a new world
You are a friend
Saving us
From extinction
You are a gentle
Golden bird
Gliding across
The soft
Sunrise sky
As a foraging gift
You are
A star
