I've asked to be left alone
I've begged to be ignored
But come look into my heart
See the truth for yourself
Even if I beg, scream, and shout
There's something crying out
Help me
Save me
Whether it's in despair
Or pain and fear
I'm human
I'm a person
Crying out for help
Come save me
From myself and this world

I'm coming to the end
Stop me before it happens

i operated from this mindset for a time. all i can say is that it improves nothing. unfortunately no one can read your mind. so for your own benefit, please let yourself be vocal.
