He gave me wings
And let me fly
I wasn’t held by anything
Then he tore me out of the sky

Next he presented four hooves
And told me to run
I ran until I couldn’t move
I said that I was done

Why then did I accepted his fins
And with them, a crown;
I had to fight, I had to swim
Finally broken and tired, I drowned.

I really liked it! I also liked the allusion the crown of thorns and suffering and the sacrifice of Jesus in the poem. It was inspirational.
