you look at me
as you hold me tight
then you blink
you listen to my first words
and watch me crawl
then you blink
i take my first steps
and babble on
then you blink
today i star school
and think boys have cooties
then you blink
i have my first crush
and i get crushed
then you blink
im standing up for me
and what i believe in
then you blink
im a sophmore in high school
taking my drivers test
then you blink
today is big for the future,
the next day is bigger,
it is the future,
and everyday you spend with me i watsh as you blink even more
then you blink........
