"Dear Alexander"
Dear Alexander,
Come take a walk with me.
 Through the haunted
 gardens at midnight.
Let’s pretend we’re the only people and
 no one is around.

 No matter how you look
being Goth, black clothes and all, is what
 makes you special.
Just come take a walk with me.
 We may be outcasts but
 maybe we can last.

 No matter what people say
rumors or the truth, I don’t care.
You only come out at night, and
 I’m fine with that.

 The darkness, moon, and stars
are beautiful in their own way.
Bats and cats come out to
 greet you and me.
 Alone we sit surrounded by
 haunted graces, but yet
we are as comfortable as can be.

 Dear Alexander,
Come take a walk with me.
 Beautiful darkness all around.
 Bats camouflaged over head.
 No matter who is around
it is just you and me.
