would you be my prince charming
you asked
what's that person have to do
I laughed
and I took it as a yes

I asked
can I call you superman
you asked why
I smiled
and my gaze lingered on your eyes

I'd like to ask
would you take me as your princess
your superwoman, baby
but you could refuse
and that'd be bad
so I'll wait
