She Had Hope
Anxiously waiting for a release from life
From being a daughter, sister, or wife
She fell in love with a neighboring rock
Even with tension her heart was locked
The mountains she resided in kept her sane
Easily looking back on memory lane
All that went and all that was good
Love was something she never could
But she was in love with the howling winds
They gave her hope in the world of sins
One day she decided to fall of the edge
Before she could she was stuck in a wedge
In a flash before her eyes she saw her life again
That the winds, rock, and mountains were her best friends
So backing away from the edge, she smiled at the sky
She had hope that one day she would be fine
