Another day has gone by,
And I see so much heartache.
An angel's protecting me.

Over on the horizon
I can see a setting sun.
It's so beautifuul....it's gone!

I think that I'll go walking
Down through the deep dark ravine.
I'll be back at your next dream.

Some say the world is dying. People say we're destined to fight.
They should see the stars tonight.

It has been a hard winter.
It's so hard keeping us warm.
They've predicted some more storms.

Be we're going to make it.
We'll share more days in the sun.
A new age has just begun.

The author's comments:
It doesn't entirely make sense, but I thought it was good.

It's a 7-7-7 form. Not hiaku.
