Colors
There’s red there’s blue
There’s purple too
There’s orange there’s green
And millions in between
Every once in awhile
They make us smile
And bring joy to a day
They pass time away
Some are bold
Like black and gold
Some are shy
And get passed by
A few are bright
They light up the night
Others are dark
They sure leave a mark
Yet they are taken for granted
The odds are so slanted
That you will ignore
And walk right out the door
Forget they exist
And they will be missed
So enjoy the gift
If you’re catching my drift
See the reds and see the blues
Like you have nothing to lose
There’s red there’s blue
There’s purple too
There’s orange there’s green
And millions in between
