A time ago,
It feels like forever,
I felt butterflies
When you were around.
A time ago,
It feels like yesterday,
I felt pain
When you were around.
And now,
And it will stay this way,
I feel nothing around you.
Just that dull throbbing
That reminds me
That revenge isn't pretty
Honey,
And neither are you,
So go ahead
And talk smack to your crew,
And believe me
I will too.

This poem is about moving past those pained feelings and realizing that you're better than they are, and that it's time that you realize-Hey! I'm you're over it and, you know what?, I am too.
