Fade Away
If I was to fade away I doubt it would matter
I would live my days on a silver platter.
I would take food from the schools, clothes from the stores and all of it would be given to the poor.
No one would notice, no one would care
But that’s everyday with me every where.
Except at home but then I feel like a slug
No one cares about my feelings or give me hugs.
They laugh and smile like nothings wrong
But what would they say if I never came home?
If I was to fade no one would notice
I might go and live in the circus and still no one would notice.
It’s just like now; no one notice when I yell, and scream and is all upset
I take what I need, and that’s one step back.
