She glides across the ice
With such ease
It’s like a gentle breeze
Such perfect movements
Such a rhythmic flow
What her next step will be
Only she will know
She is made of grace
Where she was last
She leaves not a trace
All they saw was
A flash of her face
She moves so quick
Its so rare to catch
Even a glimpse
Not a mistake
Did she make
She skated
So amazingly
If only
You could see
Her at her best
On the rink
Where she transforms
From scholastic
To fantastic
