Free I be,
or so I was told,
like breezy winds or soaring blue jays,

With rights I stand,
or so I was fooled,
only to find my child's keeper,

My voice is power,
or so my puppet master whispered,
but do not kid when you find my fate,

And here I cry,
when pumbled to the floor,
by my so-called "freedom".
