My eyes see more than just my surroundings It sees what most people dont The hardships and the poverty arent attractive Yet the feeling is what I want. I want to know how it feels to have to beg to survive I want to understand the hurt when ppl walk by and roll their eyes My eyes see you staring at me the emotion that flickers the tears that begins to drop the unknown whispers My eyes see Myself

What inspired me to write this poem is the thought of homeless people.! every time I see someone homeless my heart goes out to them and i start to feel how they feel
