So Dead
I was knocked out.
The blood trickled down my mouth.
My eyes stared straight ahead, not moving.
My face was pale.
I saw someone help.
Oh, call, call, call for help.
I scared them very so.
But there was something they didn’t know.
I saw people cry.
Cry, cry, cry for me.
But, deep down inside I smiled.
A secret they’d never see.
I heard the word sorry.
Oh, I’m so, so, so sorry.
Tears so real.
Because they believe I’m dead.
I see people in black.
Black, black, black as my heart.
Oh, I will play my acting part.
I get up.
Up, up, up!
Their shocking faces I see.
I put a sickening feeling inside.
Because, I’m still
Alive.
