The Storm is You
A gust of wind blows… it starts to rain
Just what I need… I think I might be insane?
A strike of lightning… I can’t stop thinking of you
 A boom of thunder… but I don’t think I want to
This storm is getting bigger… and yet I don’t care?
The alarms are sounding… but all I do is stare?
My mind is flooding… with words you have spoken
A cold shiver… all the hearts you’ve broken
How did I let this happen… your this hurricane inside me
I need to get out now… my vision is blurry but I can see
But the water is too deep… maybe I’ll just give in?
To you… to this storm… to my sin?
 I’ve come to a conclusion… I’m starting to drown
 I can’t leave… I’ve been boun’
No longer do I care what this storm will do... Because I love you
