Some music uses cunning trickery
to persuade you to rebel
others’ cannot even speak
nor would they disguise commands
the listener must already know;
it’s time to stop
playing for a team
and instead listen, as well
to the voices in their head
They contain only directions
to a path
made of the insight to your future
they only want to lead you
to your soul
this journey is a short one
but the obstacles mislead
and often one gets lost
Inside
is a scary place
to loose your way
