Give a piece, get a piece.
A person needs two pieces.
A piece to live and a piece to die.
The dying piece we grant ourselves,
but living has a price.
The price is simple and direct,
one heart for another.
You give a piece and get a piece,
and trust in them forever.
The piece you give grants someone life,
the dying piece from you.
The piece you get makes you complete,
makes your love come true.
You trust in them to hold your piece,
to treat this piece like glass.
But sometimes others aren't so careful,
when they drop your piece, it cracks.
So everytime you give your piece,
it breaks a little more.
You have to wonder what your piece,
or who it's really for.
