A can
On a shelf
Waiting to be picked
Waiting for my insides to be eaten
A can
Shiny outside
Paper surrounding
Glued on
A can
Waiting
A waiting can.

After reading "Canned" By Alex Shearer I started to really think about cans. And thus the poem "A Can" was born.
