The Tears that I Cry
Dear Journal,
There are times where you feel helpless,
Scared even, alone at times.
Times where you are unknown to the world,
Invisible to the human eye.
Times where you can’t be picked up,
Once you’ve reached rock bottom
Dear Journal,
I’m sorry I feel this way but I just can’t help it.
There are times where you look for help
But no one understands.
Times where you’re stuck on stop,
While everyone else is stuck on go.
Times where you try to smile,
While everything else is fake.
Times where all you had to hold onto was your own faith.
There are times when there are more downs than you could ever want
Times where you ten to feel everything else but wanted.
Times where you wish for things to get better
Dear Journal,
Time…
I’ve realized only time will tell
