Don't be a victim; be a titan.

Put on your mask
The day’s begun
The people await their queen.
With your sparkling eyes
And endless smile
You know you put on quite a scene.
Dancing, laughing
Oh, you’re having fun!
You’re nothing like a girl they’ve ever seen.
Your problems are locked
Away with yourself
Your reflection is pretty; serene.
Now they’re all gone
Alone with no crowd
Time for the old fashioned routine.
The show’s finally over
Take off your mask
The façade goes again unseen.

Yeah, okay, this IS a poem. But it can also qualify as nonfiction.
It's not MY life story, but I know many people who's life story it is.
