He is the one
He has brought us grief
 He has brought us skills,
 While he attacks another person
 One more he kills,

 He attacked my grandmother
 Brought her down,

 Making any hopes visible dissolve
Like damned souls on their way to hell,

 He tore us down
 But we rose back up,
He tried to tear us apart
 But we stuck,

 He made us push through
The mayflower through the tides of the sea,
He showed us we could get through this
Like all people should, but not without plea,

 He is a teacher
 His lessons are deadly,
 He teaches us life’s lessons
He shows us life’s worth living,
