Seems Like Summer
Summer
is something, not easily described.
You think of
love
loss
fun
fear.
But the thing that comes to my mind?
Memories.
My dark brown hair
flowing
and everyone i know running
around with me
having the time of our lives.
Yet
when i got home
i felt a sudden crash
like nothing.......ever.
I felt like i needed them there
for it to be wonderful.
And maybe
thats the meaning of summer.
We need everyone we know
by our side
just to realize
The things we hope and pray for
Are closer, then they seem.
