SUNRISE SUNSET
THROUGH OUT THE YEARS
TO SEE IF TIME CAN TRULY DRY TEARS
SOME HOW CRYING DOESN'T PASS
THROUGH OUT THE YEARS
IT'S SEEMED TO LAST
THROUGH OUT THE YEARS
I'VE MASTERED FAKE SMILES
AND TO ACT LIKE THE SUN SHINES ON FOR MILES
THROUGH OUT THE YEARS
I'VE HELD BACK THE PAIN
AND HAVE PRAYED TO GOD
TO CLEAR THE RAIN
AND THROUGH OUT THE YEARS
ITS BEEN WORTH MY WHILE
BECAUSE WHEN I PRAY TO GOD
I TRULY SMILE.
