People often ask me "why are you so fast?" and my reply was "ask a basketball player why he or she keep making three point shots in a row or ask a football player why is he so good at breaking tackles. its practice!!! common sense idiot!!!" Charles.C

I fight to never have to fight again
but it is odd that when i fight i always fight again
i always fight to win

But the outcome is that i lose
but it is not like i choose to lose
i just lose

even when i win i still lose
i won the battel but loss the war
loss what i was really fighting for

It is funny how in the begining you know excaltly what you are doing
but towards the end you say to your self what the hell am i doing

and You forgot your whole plan,
your begining plan is long gone
or burried deep in the sand

and one day I stumbled across a wise old man
and he told me the only way to truly win
is to dig up what was burried in the sand

Thats the day i fought to never have to fight again
thats the day i fought to win

"Don't cry that it's over, smile because it has happened."

i love the message in this poem! it's the message of self-acceptance and struggle to redeem. the ending was really powerful too. "thats the day i fought to never have to fight again. thats the day i fought to win." such a great way to end it!

you can rate/comment on some of my work, too if you'd like. great job on this! keep writing!(:
