numb?
Numb that’s what I used to want to be
Comfort that’s what I thought I needed
Fear was all that I thought was there
Despair was all I ever found
And that was never anything to me

Sickness at the core for what remained
Was sick at the thought of not being needed
For something they could respect
Happy is what I think I currently am
Hope is what I think I need to keep hold of
Healthy in body and healthy in mind
Hungry in sprit for my god’s word
And that is truly all I know I will ever need
That’s what I found
