Pointedly laughing
Swinging their fake platinum hair
Whispering behind their hands
Glancing over beneath their fake lashes
Attempting to ignore
Walking slowly under the weight of their insults
Her eyes brimming with tears
Trying to shake it off
They may think what they’re doing is harmless
But because they laughed
She’ll never know how
Beautiful she really was…
