Little Hands
Darkness swallows me
Along with whom I used to be
 Little hands cover my ears
But they cannot stop their own tears
But when the walls come crumbling down
Those little hands hit the ground
 Lost in chaos
 Destroyed by words
I did not recognize those little hands anymore
My ears filled with the truth
 Lies I once new broken
All alone without a real home
 I cannot hold these walls
 So I let go
 Watching everything drop
 Taking no time to stop
 I lost myself
 A self I once adored
Shadows I cannot hide behind anymore
The little hands covered my ears
To hide me from the pain
But hiding me drove those little hands insane
