Butterflies
Flutter Flutter
In the sky
Butterflies
Just go bye
I reach my hands up
To the sky
They pass bye
Past my fingertips
Over my head
Land on a flower
Eat, Eat, Eat
Fly off again
All summer long
When fall comes 'round
They migrate north
See the thousands
And millions
And trillions
Beautiful as ever
I wish I could just hold one
Just one
They start to fly lower
Surround me
Lift me up
Off the ground I fly with them
Flutter Flutter
In the sky
Butterflies
Just go bye
I reach my hands up
To hold just one
So many colors
So many shapes
Just like me
So unique
Everyones different
Then I dance
In the sky
Butterflies
Just go bye
They let me down
All around
I close my eyes
To open them again
I wake up
And feel perfect
Just the way I am
