Beseech.
I try my hardest not to touch you,
But it can’t be helped.
Don’t you get it?
One touch and you set my heart aflame,
One look and my stomach begins to knot,
One word and I’m filled with thoughts of you.
Do not stand there and tempt my soul with longing!
Do not beseech me to draw nearer to you!
For if you must know,
The moment I do so,
Is the moment that I lose control.
And as we hug,
I cannot but run my fingers through your hair and wish that you were mine.
So, I’ll look at you again with longing in my eyes,
And I’ll speak to you again with love in every tone,
And as I touch you, you will know that all I want is you.
Only you, forever.
All the while, you hold her.
