My life?

I can harldy bare to close my eyes.
For when I do I can only see one thing.
I see him slowly drifting out of sight,
leaving my life with no return.
It brings a single, lonesome tear to my eye.
A tear which is quickly multiplied.
Streams of tears run down my colorless cheeks.
Leaving behind trails of black anguish.
I can't even begin to imagine a life without him.
