I'm Not Okay

I sit and think about the memories.
They used to make me smile and give me butterflies.
But now I can't help but yell at myself.
So angry for breaking it apart.
I regret it everyday.
That's what's been making me frown to the world.
That's what's making me cry at night.
That's what's making me distraught.
That's what's making me not okay.
